Shane Monahan SFS, CES, PN1OwnerWith over 15 years experience as a personal trainer and wellness coach, Shane's love and interest in working with his clients still grows strong.

Claire Miller
Offers: Pilates Pain Free "Posture" and Yoga Tune Up Claire has been teaching for over 30 years and believes in having diversity in our movement diet at any age.
Her programming is designed to help people more easily understand their body mechanics and empower them to move mindfully so that they can be more efficient and pain free in their daily activities. She has learned from her extensive studies, teaching, and personal experience that movement is medicine and applies that approach to all her teaching.

Pam Martin-McDonald
Meet Pam, the hybrid health coach and Holistic Health Practitioner with the Academy of Naturopaths' and Naturotherapists of Canada. She's the founder of Meridian Health and Wellness in St. John’s, a private holistic health clinic in St. John's. From her rich background in the areas of personal training, Yoga, Reiki and delivering wellness education sessions, she embodies the importance total body health for all. Her focus is on stress reduction and regulating the nervous system to reduce dis-ease and increase vitality.
As strong mental health advocate and homepreneur, Pam champions holistic health and community. Motherhood ignited her drive for a healthier life, making her recognize the interplay between mental, physical, and emotional health.
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys time in nature, silliness with her kids and dog, trying new foods and live long learning.

Steven Hendriks
Steven has been interested in the wellness industry for many years. Shortly after graduating from Fitness and Health Promotion he knew he wanted to go further and this led him to pursue his university degree in Kinesiology, and lastly, his graduate program Exercise Science for Health and Performance. With years of education and experience in the wellness field and rehabilitation setting, he is confident in offering his clients the highest quality of service. In addition to this he is certified through CSEP as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and is currently a certified Kinesiologist with his main specialization being corrective exercise, movement specific training and developing wellness programs. Steven offers personal training, Movement Foundation, Assisted Stretching, Motor Vehicle Accident Kinesiology Treatment, Pre- Employment Fitness testing and online programming. Deneen Connolly
Deneen Connolly, dance and yoga teacher, has been bringing her teaching style to audiences for over three decades. Her passion runs deep in Latin, Tango and Flamenco music, culture and dance. Deneen is YIN YOGA certified and has been teaching various styles of yoga for her love of movement. In 2020, Deneen kicked off her Line Dance classes and travelled this island uniting generations on the dance floor.
